Over the last 4 weeks we have been estimating the size of the gold resource increase IndoChine will announce in the next few weeks according to their previous announcements and presentations.

I just stumbled on something very exciting!

Below is a historic drilling announcement made by Falcon Drilling Ltd as they drilled Mount Kare on behalf of Madison/Buffalo Gold. From the drilling they had completed and passed onto geological engineering labs Watts, Griffis & McQuat!

They calculated a 4,000,000 ounce gold resource at a 1gram per tonne gold Cut-Off back in 2007!

IMHO - This is a similar Gold Resource that we would expect IndoChine to announce in coming weeks as theyreduce the current cut off of 2.4grams of gold per tonne which currently yields 1.9million ounces of gold eq, to better represent the current gold price!

The current 10,000m drilling program is expected to increase this resource and these assay announcements are expected to begin in 5-6 weeks time.

You would expect, depending on the gold purity in the ground, that this JORC resource would increase by 500,000 to 1,000,000 ounces to between 4.5-5million ounce gold deposit!

This would allow annual gold production to rise to between 400,000-450,000 ounces per annum.

These are the annual volumes the Super and Hedge Funds will be using once the PFS/BFS are completed.

We are definitely looking at a Multibagger here guys!
