WA1 West Arunta is a carbonatite not an ionic clay deposit, they initially drilled deep into the weathered rock searching for something completely different to Niobium and came up with some bonanza grades, that's exactly what happens with carbonatites it's like going to the rare earths sweet shop and dipping your hand in. Canada is the second largest supplier of Niobium after Brazil they don't just wing it over there this has been meticulously planned and executed, not a stab in the dark long shot. Say what you will but I've got absolute conviction to the death and will wait till the grades come through nothing will get in my way, what have you got some sort of made up false statements to back yourself with ?
