Yes and no. If they were more regulated 95% of the companies on the ASX would not be allowed to be listed. There only there to give directors a cosy job and brokers a sweet income raising capital and for blokes to have a punt if there mrs wont let them go to the pub to bet on the horses or play the pokies.
