Not sure but it possibly appears as someone is loading the sells to buy non stop at 10 cents... when 10 cents has a decent offer its taken straight away.
Accumulation games appearing, which usually bodes well for the charts.

PS not sure who is selling these options under 2 cents... they have historically never been lower than 1.6... you are selling near all time lows... whats wrong with people haha
