Hourly Chart is showing a small bounce on the way mainly because the price is flat lining and RSI showing some oversold levels, just remember every uptick is being sold into. Distribution and liquidation. Someone's buying very expensive shares relative to what the Insiders paid for it. It's common sense. Although they don't read filings, they read Hot copper posts instead. OBV is not increasing. Higher prices here is not indicative of ACCUMULATION. It's flatlining. Its heading down. When the OBV goes for a hard tank only then some will realise this is heading lower.
