Do you seriously think that so called 'insiders' panicked and ran off to management for cheap shares to save the stock based on your observations?

You are in my opinion delusional in relation to MTM if you think that:

1. You are so potent that you personally can affect what happens with MTM's share price through your observations
2. That 'insiders' - or anyone at all- would base their investment strategy on your demonstrably/ provably wrong analysis of MTM price action.
3. You have exposed a 'Pump and Dump' with MTM

To help you regain a grip on reality in relation to MTM know this;

1. No, one particular individual, aside from the CEO, can control or affect MTM's share price, or any other company's share price. The collective wisdom of the market determines the SP and they rarely miss or get it wrong over time.
2. There are no 'insiders' petitioning management for 'cheap shares'. The latest placement was at zero percent discount and management was approached unsolicited by current institutional holders who want to massively speed up the trajectory to revenue- target Q4. They see big returns near term.
3. There has been no 'Pump and Dump'. The SP has climbed on changes to the fundamental landscape of the company moving through milestones and de-risking operations. In particular there has been no dump but rather an increasingly strong SP.

In your one-eyed feverish attempt to troll MTM you have once again completely lost perspective of what is unfolding with MTM. Your comments on MTM are one of the funniest circuses in town.
