Are we back in safe zone?

There was a small charge today, moving from 19 to 21.5, with a touch of 22.5. The good part was volume. We had the highest volume of last several days, with over 12m shares traded.

So what is driving this reversal - Technical or Fundamental?

From a technical perspective. last Thursday in my post I had written how we had done a drop which fitted the pattern of reversal - a drop of 9.5 from this phase high. That day, I wrote and felt, that the worm may be turning. Although that day we finished flat, did a low of 17, but trading pattern was good. First time I felt that chance of reversal is good. Before that we had 10 trading days with only 1 green. Other thing I wrote that day, is its early days, first level we have to cross is 20.5 and stay above that. That would have marked over 20% gain from the current lows. We did that today. So I feel we got a second tick today around reversal, from numbers perspective.

Based on fundamentals, it was announced long time back that pilot design would be finished by end of Feb. We are nearly there now, give or take another week or so. Hence its possible some may have had some inkling or want to take position. Not sure, but possible. Besides that, from 29th Jan announcement, a number of other activities are in play (outlined below), besides what @Red Baron has mentioned today, which is also nearing. So lot of possibilities on the fundamental to have a strong price driving announcement. We wait.

It would be good to hold and build from this level. As I wrote on the weekend, we have had 5 red weeks in a row. Coming down from 28.5. So first target is to neutralise that loss and get to 28.5. But may not happen in straight line, some churn. But as long as direction is positive, I feel we will reach there. But please dyor. All the best.
