In my humble opinion, while technicals can be useful for large caps or highly liquid stocks, they often don’t offer much predictive value for smallcap stories like MTM. I doubt the share price here is being driven by support/resistance lines or RSI levels, it’s moving on fundamentals, and specifically, a very clear shift in the business model that was outlined in last week’s webinar and updated deck.
IMO, the recent buying interest is more likely tied to:
-A well-articulated commercialisation strategy / bus model around the tech & v well credentialed execs
-Two waste feedstock agreements for gold-bearing e-scrap locked in
-Growing insto awareness
And broader macro tailwinds with US-China tensions highlighting the value of domestic tech-enabled metals recovery. I think this will continue to be big for MTM given the metals they are targeting and the US focus. The fundamentals for this stock are excellent right now.
I personally don't think charting works for microcaps.
