Thanks Trade, totally understand. REs are a tricky one to compare at best. MTM and SUM are both very early. I held ARU for 4 plus years and understand the variances of the differing RE product itself. Sooooo different to other resources...where to begin?!.
Either way, both good plays with plenty of front end profit to be made with varying back end product at days end....won't be around that long to care lol!
