Higher range consolidation or an indecisive state?

Yes MTM remained flat to finish at 18c. Our volume was quite low, just over 1.8m shares traded. We opened at 18, touched high of 18.5 and finished back at 18. So a very narrow trading range with low volume. Not sure how chartists will view this, but to me it looked like slight indecision. But after having a big rise, even to hold all the gains was quite positive I felt.

So after making a finish above 17.5 yesterday, we were able to do that again - which should still be quite bullish for those following charts and numbers. Its not unusual that after reaching a new territory, it needs a breather to overcome all the panting associated with climbing up. So healthy from that perspective. We lacked volume which was the only thing that could have been better. But positives are many more - finishing at 18 and not touching 17.5 indicating we now have firm hands in place.

Personally I have added a few last few days including oppies today at 4.4/4.6. Had picked up heads yesterday at 16. Last Friday I had written my heads average was 14 and oppies 3.2 and had said will add if the SP is going up. My heads average is now 14.5 and oppies 3.4 - hoping they are all right. But as usual, please check your risk/reward and dyor as markets can be tricky.

So what will happen tomorrow? SP has only yesterday made a decisive finish at 18. There should be many punters sitting with gains - and the thought always comes to cash in, as markets have been brutal last 1 year - so that is fine. I expect some more to do that, so we may not rush thru, but today's trading both with heads and oppies is showing that the registry is now moving into firmer hands who want to see the SP much higher. A first good step would be to get to 20, and finishing the week on high will be quite bullish. Will that happen? Lets hope so. All the best.
