The US administration can unlock all the "deep sea mining" it wants (very expencive) and fast track all the regular mining permits also, but they are still unfortunately going to hit a "MAJOR" bottleneck with regards to processing all the above critical metals and minerals they plan to stockpile.
A lot of mining companies and investors getting overly excited atm, but the smart people are looking companies who will be proccessing the "glut" the US plans to stockpile going forward.
