I understood that cash cost per oz of gold for example would be benefit hugely by the relatively very high grade versus a typical mine but with a mine, there is a much larger scale of operation so economies of scale would play a large offsetting role versus the grade. That makes comparison of grade and scale to cost trickier. I'll check out all of your links. Again, thanks for spending the time to post all of that.
