the bonuses are well over the top to me. exec to be multi millionaire before we get a cent in dividends not on. KPI to be set by BoD, ? while our progress is great, make me sick in guts when they line up for feeding frenzy like this and other companies should only be bonuses after the shareholders get heaps. If they believe in theircompany and jobs buy shares. They get paid heaps already to do their jobs, ie paid already enough. salaries set by whom? all exclusive of super.... another bonus ontop , to warrant all these rights issue we need to see $bil REVENUE, at moment all these deals we are paying not recieving
