You're late when the company hits full valuation and the market cap stops increasing. I've managed to be on a fair few of these types of re-rates and it's very difficult to accurately know where you are in a cycle.
I reckon plenty thought they might be late on IPX early on too.
It all depends on if the team can keep delivering and realising value for shareholders. IPX at 65c looks cheap compared to $6 a few years later.
I'm not saying this story pans out the same way, but it's worthwhile having a think about.
