Interesting they are now saying they are in the early stages of looking to list on the Nasdaq. I asked the same question on Investor Hub back in March and this was the answer Amazing how quickly they are evolving.
At this time there are no immediate plans for listing on NASDAQ. The cost of listing and compliance on NASDAQ is extreme compared to an ASX listing and at the current size of the company there is no justification for the dual listing to be considered. There may be a justification for this in due course as the business grows and becomes more US focused in terms of revenue and operations but this is a long term plan that we are not currently focused on.
