You might be onto something here, this whole run has no basis.
1. A mindat anomaly of 36% Nb at a historic pegmatite mine that only has 20kt of pegmatite in the entire resource!
2. Now for those playing along at home, if you had bothered to check the mindat records state its not a soil anomaly or even a rock chip, but a singular mineral assay, that mineral being Euxenite.
3. Now 36% Nb is exactly what the stoichemistry values governing elemental distribution within a mineral suggest Euxenite should contain in Niobium. So theres small crystal of a niobium bearing mineral with a minor distribution across a minor pegmatite.
4. then to follow up these results a large a thorough surface sampling campaign was carried out (https://wamexgeochem.net.au/). The bad news the average niobium value across the pegmatite was 30ppm/0.003% (only 10ppm higher than average crustal abundance), The good news though is there was a singular 400ppm or 0.04% Nb hit, which although is well and truly sub-economic it is better than most of the drilling at the Pomme project.

So theres some very smart pump and dumpers out there that aren't too keen to share the whole story, DYOR
