I'm not sensitive, just think we have 5% of the required info to decide on whether a cap raise is the right idea. And that 5% is current cash balance known and the fact the price is at an all time high. theres so much more that management know, so I think suggesting it's a good idea is naive, even if coming from a place of fair intent.
