It is easy to sign up to this new program at igarewards.com.au .
IGA Rewards offers 'member prices' (see stickers on the shelf) and there are also prizes to be one after one has registered.
The helpful cashier gave me an IGA Rewards card, although you can also link via your smartphone. You have to nominate your favourite/normal IGA store.
Unlike COL FlyBuys and WOW Woolworths Rewards, there's no '$10 off' that I can see but IGA Rewards is still a good initiative.
The cashier said she'd been signing up many shoppers last week, so the program can't have been 'live' for long.
