Ritchies IGAs don't appear to be participating as these have a Ritchies card on offer that sees funds going to local community groups such as Catholic Churches, government, private and Catholic schools, organisations like St Vincent de Paul and sporting clubs/RSLs - all member nominated.
IGAs have a large presence in rural Australia.
I suspect some of the franchisees of smaller CBD and suburban IGAs won't be very good at signing shoppers up, but the staff member I encountered today at a larger IGA was not just pleasant but introduced me to the program, as I hadn't shopped at an IGA for some weeks.
