One understandable but less than optimium feature of IGA Rewards is that the card can only be used at the IGA the shopper has picked as his or her favourite store.
This is a major difference from the WOW and COL reward schemes and is the case even though some families own multiple IGA stores. One example is Fishers in rural Victoria.
