Funny how things can change so quick.
Example look at ARI. 2 weeks ago you had ample time to buy as much as you wanted at 16c. Quite a few said it won't be long before they are down to 10c. In a few short trading days they touched 29c today.
Anything can happen, and MTS could well go down a lot more or bounce back to 1.80 in no time.
If you believe there dividend alone can be sustained and that a lot of bad news is already baked in the price, this is exactly where you want to be touching them.
