Hi
The article below indicates Bowen has stated further acquisitions over the next few months. We know they have been in acquisition mode for some time "complete selected acquisitions" was a statement at the AGM.
Bodes well for further strong share price appreciation given their track record to date.

03 February 2011 - Australian-based wholesaler of telecommunications services M2 Telecommunications has acquired industry rival Clear Telecoms for US$24.5 million. The terms of the acquisition state that the price will be paid in several stages, up until next March.
Under the deal, all of Clear Telecoms' assets will be transferred to M2 Telecommunications, including 20,000 customer contacts, operating systems, brands and other related intellectual property. M2 expects Clear Telecom to contribute more than US$8 million in earnings in the 2011-12 financial year. Analysts expect that Clear will keep their own brand, while their 40 staff will be absorbed into M2's operations.
Reports suggest that M2's management feel that the acquisition of Clear is a perfect fit for both the business and their customers. M2 managing director Vaughn Bowen has stated, "Clear is perfectly fitted to our business. We are very much focused on the small and medium business customers and that's exactly where Clear sits."
He also suggested that "M2 WOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR FURTHER ACQUISITION TARGETS IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS"
Clear Telecoms, originally a Swedish telecoms group, has a controversial history in Australia. Late in 2008 they were involved in a messy reverse takeover with the Strathfield Group that saw its US$115 million share in the group written down to US$40 million after the retailer collapsed. Yet Mr Bowen suggested that although their were a number of discussions during the acquisition talks about Clear Telecom's past, he stressed that they would not be an issue going forward.
A recently published report, ?The Mobile VoIP Market Report 2010-2015', suggests that the global mobile market is growing, reporting a 1.4% increase in 2010 to EUR417 billion. Sales of internet connections and data services on fixed networks are also growing, registering a 7% increase in 2010 to almost EUR200 billion. Mobile data services, such as VoIP (voice over Internet Protocol) are positioned to register even greater growth, with a 16% increase in 2010 to over EUR140 billlion.
This data suggests that M2 Telecommunications may be looking to expand their interests in the telecommunications industry to include the mobile and VoIP markets, which are both expanding rapidly
