MTU Merger Arbitrage?, page-5

I wanted a slice of the combined VOC/MTU group and bought MTU... I think everyone who has pursued this strategy will have done very nicely once the merger is complete. Hopefully the new VOC continues a solid payout and a DRP although I believe they will continue to pursue other acquisitions, possibly in fibre, data centres and security. I'm sure they'd love to swallow up another small fry ISP as Dodo and iPrimus are large but not exactly fashionable brands. Their stake in Macquarie Telecom is also interesting.
