Agree there Michael...have had experience in a previous life, they are extemely spoiled pussies and in the North West have been known to apply the squirrel grip to companies unmercively..not necessarily the wages per se , it is all the collective "Add ons" they hide behind which really hurts.. maybe if they had some skin in the game it would wake them up.
