If you look (carefully) at the Aquila substantial shareholder notice from 2007 you will notice that the Aquila shares are held by Penoir P/L (3M) and BT.X P/L (~4.3M) and you can track those 2 holdings right through the top 20 lists in the HLX Annual Reports up to last year's .. for some reason in this year's Annual Report they were re-grouped!
They most certainly did not buy on-market as was suggested by Fang's post dated 7/10 to start this thread.
BTW, I think this stock has massive potential!
