That was a much cleaner quarterly report that was recently released. There is much left traffic to wade through and you can see clearly now that they could mostly through normal trading and maturities pay off most of the deferred interest by June 30 2014.

The need to sell off the assets to meet debts has certainly reduced. This is now getting much smoother in terms of seeing the NAV of 40+ being achievable.
