Builing permits data just released in the US:
28.6% below the Feb 2006 estimate for Feb 2007 and 2.5% below the revised Januay 2007 estimate.
Shows housing demand still falling - same as the AUS data released yesterday.
Add to that the AUD at $0.8034 this morning and xports to a falling housing market looking woeful.
