Who exactly are PrismHealth (revenue etc)?
How is the US marketing campaign being funded?
If by Prism, what is their financial capacity and track record?
How many people are in the Prism marketing/distribution team?
Was an upfront payment made to Prism?
Is the licence exclusive to Prism?
Why no update on Dominican Republic?
How long is the agreement for?
Is it subject to minimum sales in the first year?
etc etc etc
Investors cannot make a real assessment based on this information. Shareholders will have to wait and see how sales unfold and this is unlikely to be until the first quarter of 2019.
Was a global distribution licence considered, if not, why not?
