- big uranium resource in the ground which, if you believe (as I do) that we are not yet through the woods on the world financial situation, should only increase in value "as the collateral of the worlds banking system is wiped out....and stands as a kind of energy land-banking strategy".
- One of the cheapest Uranium stocks by market cap / lbs in the ground.
- relatively low geopolitical risk.
The criticality of general sentiment has been proven historically and that may be set to change with the turn in the U price and improving interest in a sector that has been relatively unloved and off the radar in recent years since the previous peak.
Big risks - capital and opex costs. On balance, for me personally a positive outlook in the near and medium term and perhaps even more so longer term (by which I mean 0-6, 12-24, and 24 plus months).
You can't deny the risks are there but bearing in mind the previous share price high was $4 plus and the project is now significantly more advanced than when the share price was at that level and relatively de-risked if it even gets to half of that it will be a five bagger from here.
A-Cap is the other I have been looking at with its Botswana interests both are worth a look IMO.
