    Hi Glug, using 22 million people total this is what I get.

    40% play machines (22,000,000 x .4 = 8,800,000)

    2% of the 40% have a problem (8,800,000 x .02 = 176,000)

    22,000,000 should not have to bend for 176,000 people.
