I feel you are not meaning to be negative, but your posting of late suggests you have not overcome previous indiscretions.
Whilst caution is always necessary, relaying your thoughts in a context that portrays LUCAPA in a similar situation to the Mugabe dictatorship is irresponsible and completely unfair.
LUCAPA has spent many years moulding a partnership with Angola that has no similarity to the environment you quote upon and your thoughts should be left in your mind!
