You are such a typical "fool on the hill".

The UN is equated to a club......and unless one wants to abide by the club rules...they are not given automatic membership.

More to the point....criminals (within a certain band)don't get to vote...in fact they lose their rights, if they did have any.

How on earth can you imply that the UN is "democracy at work" when rogue nations are given chairmanship of various comittees......due to rotation?

As an example rotation qualified Libya.....if that's not insanity..?..

And rogues get the vote.....just because they are in a club?
