It is worth mentioning that the proper method of calculating the Bg FVF for a gas condensate fluid is to apply the "2 phase Z factor" for gas condensate reservoirs under depletion conditions, which is usually obtained from the CVD (constant volume depletion) PVT lab experiment performed on a downhole fluid sample. (I am assuming only the richest gas condensate layers will be prioritized for gas recycling). Obviously, we are all hoping the MDT fluid samples will appear at surface in the next couple of days, so that the lab experiments can commence asap. However, for the time being an approximate solution should suffice.
