This is one of those stock you get as a tip from a taxi driver or hair dresser. Very much manipulated in my opinion.

If you want to trade it, buy when it hasn't had an announcement for a while and is trading at a new low... you can be sure the promoters will find some "deal" (if you can call the recent announcement a deal... it's laughable to read they mentioned a sales number that COMPLETELY unrelated).
