It is very difficult for companies such as MUL to put a value on profits as it is all based around uptake. The upfront costs are very high, but as client uptake rises, the costs reduce (on a per client basis). Because tech evolves so quickly, pricing tends to also change alot.
If a company such as MUL did forecast perceived profits on these sort of items, I wouldn't believe them anyway. I think all you can hope for in the early days is enough repetitive clients to break even, and then look forward, once a trend can be followed to predict future profits.
MUL is still a very risky proposition. Satellite broadband in my opinion has a limited life, and the ASP business has to evolve, so alot of work ahead.
