    the 2 major arguments that that LUM uses to convince people to switch to LUM signs are:

    1- it employs "better technology"
    2- its less expensive to run in comparison to the alternatives

    now assuming the above as facts why does management have such a hard time selling it?

    I would imagine if something is as good as what we are told it is, it should sell itself.

    if there is nothing wrong with the product.
    and if it is in fact cheaper than the alternative(according to the management)

    we are also told that the management is doing the right thing.

    so can someone please tell me what is the problem then?

    maybe the problem is those group of people who were conned by Sala who are now nagging about what's happening to their depleting investments.

    the point is not if Sala is prepared to speak to to shareholders or not.

    the point is if the technology is that good why isn't it selling.

    For all practical reasons we can't change the technology - the only two things that can be changed is either the price or the management.

    and if we are to believe the management that the price is right.

    the only conclusion is that you ought to change the management.
