    Do you see Aristocrat renting space in hotels and clubs?? No, they sell their product and retain ongoing revenue through servicing and replacement of old machines.

    Of course LUM doesnt sell poker machines but it sells a product that there is a huge market for and that is outdoor advertising billboards. The reason I used Aristocrat as an example is that they both have a viable product but in my opinion Lumacom would be better served concentrating on selling and servicing their product (ala Aristocrat) rather than persist with the current method which has already proven difficult.

    If you are going to argue that poker machines have a much bigger market than outdoor advertising signs then again I think this is debatable. Over the weekend in South Australia over 2000 machines were removed from licensed venues due to legislation aimed at reducing problem gambling. Outdoor advertising attracts no such ethical debate.
