Hi, In my view JB will want to be fair to Vimy shareholders as the last thing he will want is a lot of unhappy shareholders along for the ride. Also as has been said it is a script deal which from my perspective changes the value for Vimy shareholders as the price of DY changes, so you need to keep adjusting your figures as we go along.
