It's one from Toro and two from Cameco. Cameco explicitly don't intend to develop their WA mines - don't recall whether theirs already fell off due to deadlines or are technically still in play, but either way they can pretty much be ignored. As I understand it Toro effectively can't meet their deadline either and are now focused on other resources / maintaining their current U deposit for potential future changes, but I could be very wrong on that so you're better off reading the TOE forum for those details.
