    Have 3 choices:

    1. Stay put and save
    2. Stay put and take on a rentable investment property
    3. Relocate with a residential upgrade

    Point 3 has some incresed ammenity with the coastal location we have in mind.

    I think I know what we should do.

    Any wise rules of thumb?
