I can't recall ever seeing related party actions as blatant as these - its amazing. Mulpha buys the PBD shares off FKP and then FKP (controlled pretty much by Mulpha) sells assets to PBD. Fortunately for me I hold shares in both stocks but I still don't like what Mulpha is doing here.
It is starting to look like PBD could end up with a considerable number of FKP's non-retirement assets.
Let's hope FKP doesn't loan PBD the money for the transactions :)
