    The inevitable has happened and PBD this morning announced a rights issue to raise $42m.

    Couldn't see how they would pay for the FKP stake otherwise.

    In terms of the staged settlement for the Yang land its quite common for these types of agreements for payments of land banks so doesn't concern me.
