generally agree with u marky...but valuations are valid for 6 mths...and the next valuations will take into account the market conditions...the RBA doesn't just drop rates all of a sudden...last month's rate drop has sent further negative sentiment to market...couple than to US's thinking to ease QE, and the AUD, resources, property, have all been affected...the recnt job cuts from some big companies also adds fuel to the fire...
let's hope for more ann's to come...but as it is, SP downward pressure is strong...
