V, I can't make any Recommendation
Personally I hold a ton of BURO,
but many would say Buy BUR as there is a large premium built into the option price.
But I always like to buy the options for better leverage when dealing with a tiny market cap...also one must consider the expiry date of mid 2010 alot can happen in that time.
It depends on you personal veiw of the likey outcome...time frame and need for liquidity.
My Expectations are high Ive gone with the options, though possibly the safer bet are the head shares.
The choice is yours alone.
