Funny you mentioned about major institutional buyer not interested in this "local petrol station". The No 1 BUR shareholder is Macquarie Bank and you generally don't find them investing in specs or small caps stocks. This petrol station must have something special to make Macquarie Bank to invest in them after doing their own due diligent.
