although its traffic management business for sale @ $4m-5m, I think once sold MSG should have $2m+ cash on hands , plus the company now seek reserve takeover opportunities, no idea what the new business could be, but MSG’s floor price of 2c is fair enough for any transaction.
the company also mentioned few big tenders could be finalized and announced soon.
