If the FPO share price triples (x3)...
0.26 x 3 = 0.78
then option price will be 0.78 - 0.20 = 0.58.
That means the options price has quadrupled (x4)...
0.145 x 4 = 0.58
In fact the options will be a bit higher than 0.58 if the FPO shares are trading at 0.78 .... maybe 0.65
The higher the spare price goes... the greater the leverage of the options...
