If you consider the board and management here, they have failed at IO and coal. The failures being in poor market timing. Lithium is what they have to make a success of. It's really a case of third time lucky as this is a resource which has growing demand, one far higher than the market is so far predicting.
So I believe from what someone stated earlier that Meerkat has been down ramping this stock from 1c to 5c. A far smarter thing to do would have been buy at 1c, but 5c is certainly not too late.
