Proposed Acquisition of Power Metals
• Sabre has entered into a binding Share Sale Agreement to acquire Power Metals Pty Ltd, the holder
of a 100% interest in the Bonanza Gold Project and the Lyon River Project, each located in Western
Australia. The acquisition of Power Metals is subject to due diligence and shareholder approval.
o The Bonanza Gold Project covers an area of 18km2 and is located adjacent to the Penny
West Gold Project, owned by Spectrum Metals Limited (ASX: SPX), located in the Youanmi
Gold Mining District, in Western Australia.
o The Lyon River Project lies east of Hastings Technology Metals (ASX: HAS) Yangibana
Neodymium-Praseodymium deposit of 17Mt at 1.27% TREO, and has not been systematically
explored for rare earth mineralisation.
Anyone done any research into the Lyon River Project? Seems it...
