Yeh, i don't subscribe to the "purposely pushing the price down to get more" conspiracy theory, it's clear its holders dumping the dog why the price is going down. You'd have to be insane to "buy them cheap" because this company is so bad, there's no price that is "cheap" for these shares.

Heng Chai Should just use his singapore listed company(it actually sells things and makes money) to buy HCT and be done with it, but as we all point out, they love getting shareholders money to fill their pockets via churn and burn CR's so this wont be likely.
